F E C is a non-governmental institution founded in 2002 and formally inaugurated in February 2007, with formal launching and seminar programme, at Inisa, Osun state, Nigeria.

It is an initiative developed by a Nigerian born ADEBISI Saheed Opeyemi a graduate of agriculture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria,towards humaintarian aid.
