F E C is a non-governmental institution founded in 2002 and formally inaugurated in February 2007, with formal launching and seminar programme, at Inisa, Osun state, Nigeria.
It is an initiative developed by a Nigerian born ADEBISI Saheed Opeyemi a graduate of agriculture from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria,towards humaintarian aid.
1. To stimulate interest of the people in agricultural learning and practice
2. To contribute meaningfully to human well being and grass root development
3. To redeem the hope and faith of common people
